Tips and Best Practices
Getting great results from StarZero Agents comes down to a few simple habits. This section collects practical advice from experienced users to help you work faster, spend fewer credits, and produce better videos.
General Philosophy
Be specific. The more detail you give StarZero Agents, the better the results. "Find clips about technology" is okay. "Find clips where someone demonstrates a mobile app on screen" is much better.
Iterate with previews. Don't try to get everything perfect on the first attempt. Render free low-quality previews, review them, make adjustments, and preview again. Save high-quality renders for when you're truly satisfied.
Search before you edit. Start every project by finding the right clips. Browse your results, watch the previews, and approve the selections before you start assembling a timeline.
Quick Tips
- Use
/searchfor fast browsing when you just need to scan through your library quickly - Use
/taskwhen you want the AI to work through something autonomously without back-and-forth - Render at low quality (free) to check your work before committing to a high-quality render
- Start a new chat for each new video project
- Provide focus hints when rendering in portrait or square formats from landscape source material
